Work with Catholic High School Students

 

~Brian is Catholic World History teacher at St. Ursula Academy (SUA)in Toledo, Ohio. In his service there he has a dedication to students, the school and service that is very inspiring. During his master's program, he traveled with a group to Southern Africa as a Fulbright Scholar.  

 

At St. Ursuala Academy, Brian is involved in the Princeton Model Congress, which seeks to "educate students in the workings of our government and to encourage their active involvement in the democratic process." (quote from website below)

Summer Service and Educational Trips

~During the summer Brian helps groups of students to participate in Catholic Heart Workcamps, where students assist a community through direct service to the elderly and those in poverty.  This is also an intense faith experience for the students that volunteer.  Catholic Heart Workcamp Information

 

Travel to Europe for Students

 

Brian has led and chaparoned 3 educational trips for students to Europe through ACIS during his summer breaks from teaching. He is leading another trip for SUA students in 2008.
